Formed in 2008\, the independent group writes\, records\, performs\, and self-produces a unique sonic blend that merges traditional alternative rock with electronic soundscapes and heavy instrumentation. The group’s dynamic is driven by five musicians: Wes Hartman on vocals\, Jonas “Nathanimal” Luttrell on guitar\, Curtis Anthony on bass\, Michael Souther on keys/ guitar and samples\, and Brandon Fitzsimmons on drums.\nTheir music incorporates a broad spectrum of eclectic styles\, citing direct inspiration from bands like Muse\, Radiohead\, Tool\, and Incubus\, alongside classical structures reminiscent of Beethoven.Sync Placement: PLVNET’s high-energy sound has earned them sync licensing options with major television networks and brands\, including MTV\, ESPN\, and NASCAR.\nThe Weird and the Wonderful (2008): Their debut EP release that originally established their presence in the regional scene. The group consists of Chris Shupe (vocals\, guitar)\, Dusty Gilbreath (guitar)\, Josh Miller (bass)\, and Charlie Ross (drums).\nFormed in the mid-2000s\, they became a regular presence in the Southeastern rock scene.
