Rebecca Frazier brings a powerful blend of bluegrass tradition and modern artistry to the Songbirds stage. Widely recognized as a groundbreaking force in the genre, Frazier made history as the first woman featured on the cover of Flatpicking Guitar Magazine and continues to redefine what bluegrass can be.
After relocating to Nashville, she quickly earned recognition as “a genuine triple threat as a singer, songwriter, and flatpicking guitarist” by The Nashville Scene. Her debut solo album When We Fall was named the best bluegrass album of 2013 by The Bluegrass Situation and climbed to #3 on the Roots Music Report Chart.
Her latest release, Boarding Windows in Paradise, produced by GRAMMY winner Bill Wolf, showcases collaborations with legends like Béla Fleck, Sam Bush, and Stuart Duncan. The album debuted at #4 on the Billboard Bluegrass Chart and earned a Top Ten Americana Album nod from No Depression.
Frazier continues to break barriers as the first woman nominated for Guitar Performer of the Year by the Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music of America, with back-to-back nominations in 2018 and 2019. Named one of Paste Magazine’s “Seven Women Smashing the Bluegrass Glass Ceiling,” she stands as a leading voice shaping the future of the genre.

No large bags or backpacks. Small purses or clutches only. Outside food and drink are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Exceptions may be made for medical or infant needs. All bags are subject to inspection. Concerts are 18+, and we ID everyone at the door. Ages 17 & under are allowed IF accompanied by a parent/guardian. All ticket sales final unless the show is cancelled by the venue. If you have questions, please contact the venue in advance.
