In just over a decade, The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys have carved out a respected place in modern bluegrass by honoring tradition while pushing the genre forward with energy and conviction. Fueled by a deep love for the music they play, the band has traveled extensively across the United States and beyond, earning devoted fans with their hard-driving sound and electrifying live performances.
Led by mandolinist and bandleader C.J. Lewandowski, the group is known for tight harmonies, exceptional musicianship, and an onstage chemistry that pulls audiences directly into the experience. Their songs reflect real-life moments from life on the road to personal triumphs and challenges, delivering stories that feel honest and lived-in.
The band received a Grammy nomination for Best Bluegrass Album for 2019’s Toil, Tears & Trouble and has also been recognized by the International Bluegrass Music Association, including a nomination for Entertainer of the Year. Their No. 1 single on the Bluegrass Unlimited chart, “Wanderers Like Me” captures the restless spirit and dedication that defines them.
The current lineup features Lewandowski on mandolin, Jereme Brown on banjo, Jasper Lorentzen on bass, John Gooding on guitar, and Max Silverstein on fiddle. Blending seasoned experience with fresh energy, the band continues to evolve while remaining deeply rooted in the traditions that shape their sound. As they move into their second decade together, they remain committed to expanding bluegrass into new spaces while preserving its core authenticity.

No large bags or backpacks. Small purses or clutches only. Outside food and drink are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Exceptions may be made for medical or infant needs. All bags are subject to inspection. Concerts are 18+, and we ID everyone at the door. Ages 17 & under are allowed IF accompanied by a parent/guardian. All ticket sales final unless the show is cancelled by the venue. If you have questions, please contact the venue in advance.
